Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy,Shandong China Metallurgical Mining Group Merged into China Minmetals Group

Approved by the State Department, Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy as well as the Shandong China Metallurgical Mining Group are merged into China Minmetals Group, and become the wholly-owned subsidiary companies of China Minmetals Group.
Meanwhile, China Xinxing (Group) Corporation is merged into China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd. and becomes its wholly-owned subsidiary company.
Till now, the number of the enterprises, whose investor's responsibilities are fulfilled by SASAC (State Assets Administration Committee), has been reduced to 132 from 135.
