Xinfa Aluminium Bid land for New Alluminium Profile Factory

According to the news released by the Xinfa Aluminium Company, it has bid for a land in the Caoping Village, Gongxing Town, Southwest Airlines Port Economic Development Zone£¬which covers an area of 333000 M2 and are worthy 66.678 million yuan.

The company plan to bulit a new aluminium profile factory, it is predicted that the new factory will equipped with a production capacity of 50000tons.

About the Company

XINGFA ALUMINIUM HOLDINGS LIMITED, which formerly known as Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Profiles Factory, was established in 1984. As one of the earliest enterprises engaged in aluminium profiles in Mainland China, the Company has become a famous and large enterprise specialized in production of aluminium profiles for both architecture and industry, with its yearly capacity of 100,000 tons. The Company is the set production base for aluminium alloy designated by the Ministry of Construction of China, and it was awarded ¡°No. 1 of Top-Ten National Aluminium Profile Enterprises¡±.

The Company, located in the center of the beautiful Pearl River Delta-Foshan, enjoys convenient transportation facilities and abundant information. Covering an area of 700,000 square meters, the Company has 39 main production lines of aluminium profiles. The major technical equipment and testing devices are all imported from Germany, the UK, the USA, Japan and Italy. Currently there are more than 2,000 employees in the Company, including more than 200 high and medium-class engineering technicians and managers, among whom are academicians and doctors. The Company owns 421 patents on aluminium alloy profiles and over 30,000 products with different specifications. The products are salable all over the country and exported to more than 30 countries and regions, such as the USA, Canada, Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia, and so on.

The production base for  industrial aluminium profiles, located in the Central Industrial Park of Sanshui District, Foshan City, has begun construction already. The planning area is 520,000 square meters, and the total investment amounts to RMB860 million, which will be used to purchase 20 production lines including extruders with big volumes (in ton). The first phase of the project began in 2006, with its expected annual capacity of 150,000 tons industrial aluminium profiles.
