    Oct 21, the vice-president of Chinalco Ding Haiyan's delegation carried out an inspection towards the under construction project of Chinalco.


    During the inspection, the municipal government held an information exchange forum, which is hosted by the deputy Mayor Wang Yongsheng. The person in charge of the related department reported the economic and social development of the Dingxi City and the progress of the Chinalco's project.


    They stressed that the Chinalco has been in a good cooperation with the Dingxi city for years. In 2007, the company decided to launch the 200,000 tons high-precision aluminum sheet hot-rolling project in LongXi, but impacted by the financial crisis, the aluminium industry trapped in the predicament of oversupply.


    To this problem, the two parties have a serious discussions and consultations.
