Zhejiang Xian Ju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Suzhou King Ropes Aluminum Co., Ltd. issued IPO

Issuance Examination Commission of the China Securities Regulatory Commission plans to host the 106th working conference, in which, they will discuss the primary issue application of the Zhejiang Xian Ju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Suzhou King Ropes Aluminum Co., Ltd. on Oct, 16.

If the application is approved, the Zhejiang Xian Ju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will issue 85.40 million A shares, and the total equity will reach to 341.4million shares. Meanwhile, the Suzhou King Ropes Aluminum Co., Ltd. will release 39.20 million A shares, and the total equity will be added up to 156.8 million shares.

According to a source, on the same day, the Issuance Examination Commission of the China Securities Regulatory Commission will deal with the secondary issue of the Guizhou Chitianhua [10.84 1.03%] Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang BAOXINIAO [17.23 7.02%] Clothing Co., Ltd.
