China Aluminum set up overseas expansion

Mainly focused on merger and acquisition of domestic aluminum industry before, China Aluminum sharing co.,ltd will set up the pace of overseas mining and upstream development.
According to the annual report released yesterday, the market benefited from the huge popularity of alumina, the net profit of china aluminum increased by 67%, but the future of alumina business is not optimistic.
Bauxite ore is used in the production of alumina. Because the output of alumina production increases gradually, China's demand for bauxite have started to rise since last year. Last year, the output of alumina increased by 61% to 13.7 million tons, while the domestic demand was 19million tons.
China Aluminum is the world's second largest alumina producer, after the United States Aluminum Company. In April this year, China is expected to land A-shares and be convertible through the mergers of Shandong Aluminum S, S Portland aluminum. Yesterday, China aluminum (2600.HK) bought per share to close at 7.90 Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of 1.13%.
