    Zhouzhongshu of Minmetals Group meets up Chairman of ICMM

    Sep 14, president of Minmetals Group, Zhouzhongshu and vice president Lifuli meet up the Chairman of Association of International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) Richard Adkerson and his group members. In the talks Zhouzhongshu describes the company's strategic transformation in recent years, and reviewed the acquisition of the Australia OZ Company. Later, He delivered his thanks to Adkerson for his recommendation of the MMG Company to ICMM.


    Adkerson first expressed appreciation for good performance achieved by the company, and then he made a brief introduction of the International Council on Mining and Metals. The both sides agreed that they should establish a high-level contacts mechanism; to promote the communication of the both sides on trade, resource development and technical and management cooperation.


    International Council on Mining and Metals Association is an international metal mining industry, which has an important influence in the field of industrial organization, whose members consisted mostly of the world's leading metal mining companies, including Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, CVRD, Anglo-American resources.
