    Four state-owned companies including Henan International Cooperation Group jointly establish Henan International Mine Limited, which plans to explore bauxite in Africa. Its registered capital is RMB 200 million, among which Yong Coal Limited accounts for 51%, Henan Internation Limited accounts for 41%, Provincial State-owned Capital Management Limited and Zhonglian Mine Limited respectively accounts for 4%. Because Yong Coal Limited invest the most, Chen Xuefeng is designated as CEO of the new company, which will starts the first new project in Guinea, Africa.
