Recently, in order to further improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs, Zhongzhou Branch of Chinalco developed five measures to optimize the logistics business processes actively.
The first measure is to merge the orgnizations and reduce management layers. Now, the company has reduced the 9 branch-class institutions into 7 and re-set quotas for the various posts. The second measure is to implement the employee self-optional posts and competition for posts management mechanism, so as to reduce the labor employment. The third measure is to strength the work discipline. The forth measure is to establish a routine examination and a business special assessment. The fifth measure is to strengthen professional training of staff, and improve customers' satisfaction towards the company.
