Guizhou Aluminum New Aluminum Alloy Reachs the International Advanced Level

August 25th, the appraisal meeting of Guizhou Aluminum Plant's new high-strength aluminum alloy casting products and technological was held in Guizhou Aluminum Hotel.

The meeting was chaired by the deputy director of the Guizhou Science and Technology Office, Gouyuxin and 20 people including the leaders and experts form Guizhou Economic and Information Committee and Guizhou Science and Technology Office attended the Appraisal Meeting. So did the Guizhou Aluminum's vice factory director Caoyueqing.

Heli from Guizhou Academy of Sciences was appointed the director of the experts appraisal group, and the vice director of the group is the president of the Guizhou Metallurgical Design Research Institute-Shenzhiping. The experts listened to the reports carefully. After a round of interrogatory and check, the experts gave a high comment on the new high-strength aluminum alloy casting products. They concluded that: the new high-strength aluminum alloy casting products are of high resistance, high elongation, excellent casting properties and low cost. The products' mechanical properties has reached the international advanced level.
