Nanshan Aluminum signs “Land Lease Contract” with affiliate companies.

Nanshan Aluminum Ltd. announces that it hopes to raise funds by issuing transferable debts for the 520,000T aluminum alloy ingot melting & casting production line project, covering an area of 61253.64 square meters. The company also signs “Land Use Rights Contract” with its subsidiary Longkou Donghai Alumina Ltd.. The contract designates that 61235.64 square meters land will be subleased to Nanshan with fees at 2 yuan/ square meter per year totaling 122,500 yuan/year. The deadline will be on Dec. 31, 2026. Within the period of validity Nanshan approves of all affairs involved in the contract.
