Northwest Aluminum Inspects Aluminum Foil Project Construction Site Comprehensively

Recently, the Northwest Aluminum carries out a comprehensive large-scale inspection on the construction site of the aluminum foil project. The Inspection team is made up of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, Security Department, Infrastructure Projects Department, Non-ferrous Metals Quality Supervision Station and Xin Cheng supervision unit, etc. The subject units are Zhongse Technology, the sixth smelting plant and the twelfth smelting plant. While the inspection focuses are the construction site management, construction quality, safety and fire-fighting works.

The inspection team of examine the subject units carefully. During the inspection, they find that some fire-fighting equipment needs to be replaced. Especially in the summer high temperature environment, oxygen, acetylene and other high-pressure gas cylinders should to be placed with a certain distance interval. They also point out some environmental problems in the living area of the sixth smelting plant. At last, the Inspection Unit proposes their requests of timely rectify and improve, in order to create a safe, orderly work environment.
