Zhongfu Holding Ltd. hopes to purchase Yinhu Aluminum with 44.6 million yuan.

At present, Zhongfu Holding Co. signs ¡°Purchase Contract¡± with three natural persons including Li Shantong, Cao Chunyang and Li Yue¡¯e., and purchases total share of them equaling 100% share of Yinhu.

The company says project purchase will promote itself rapidly into aluminum processing industry, to form complete industry chain for ¡°electrolyze aluminum deep processing, fully utilize competitive strength of ¡°combined aluminum with electricity¡±, thus strengthen core competence and ability to resist risk in the market.
