    Yunnan Aluminuim's additional grand of share has been conditional approved by SFC, the company's share will restore transaction in July 9, the total number of the A-share will not exceeding two hundred million, and the issue price will not less than  6.31 yuan / share. the collected fund will be used for the construction of an annual output of 800,000 tons of alumina projects.

    According to the data, companies to develop the additional shares not exceeding 20,000 shares, of which, the total number of the A-share will not exceeding two hundred million, while 50% of them will be subscribed by the company's controlling shareholder Yunnan Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. in cash the non-public offering price will not less than 6.31 yuan / share, raising not exceeding 120,000 yuan. The issue of fund-raising will be used for capital increase of Yunnan Wenshan Aluminum Co., Ltd., which will be used for the construction of an annual output of 800,000 tons of alumina projects.
