Second session of the 17th Board of Directors meeting in Jiangsu Aluminium

July 8, 9 am: Jiangsu Aluminum Co., Ltd. convenes the second session of the 17th Board of Directors meeting, directors, part of supervisors and senior managers attendance this meeting.

Mr. Zhang Ping, the chairman of Jiangsu Aluminum hosted the meeting. They discuss the ¡°proposal on removing Kongxiangpeng from position of chief engineer and deputy general manager". Then they pass the proposal at unanimous vote

The directors believes that the problems exits in Kongxiangpeng make him no longer suitable for his deputy general manager and chief engineer position; he will be lift of all administrative duties with immediate effect.
