Yesterday, the provincial Development and Reform Commission published the "Notice on applying electrolytic aluminum reserve funds," the notice indicates that if the electrolytic aluminum enterprises are eligible for the prerequisite, they can apply for the discount, the discount is 200 per tone and the relevant provincial cities discount is 100 per tone. The enterprises that want to apply for the reserve discount should conform to two prerequisites: first of all, the enterprise should be responsible for a task of electrolytic aluminum enterprises reserves, second, the 160KA electrolyze of the company must be full recovery and achieve full production capacity. Only when the companies are eligible for those two conditions can they got the discount in accordance with the reserve from the financial sector.
