China to Build Aluminum Plant in Iran

Iranian contractor Shahriyar Taherpour recently announced to the Iranian news that the Chinese will be building an aluminum plant in Iran. The facility is expected to have an output of 276,000 tons of aluminum annually. This would make the unit the largest aluminum smelter in Iran.
