Chinalco is prepared to restructure the terms of its $19.5 billion investment in mining giant Rio Tinto /quotes/comstock/13*!rtp/quotes/nls/rtp (RTP 170.20, -0.01, -0.01%) /quotes/comstock/23s!a:rio (UK:RIO 2,657, -207.00, -7.23%) so that its stake will be limited to 15%, the Financial Times reported on Thursday. The state-owned aluminum group had hoped to gain 18% of the firm but is prepared to change the terms in order to secure shareholder and government approval for the deal, the paper reported
