Copper falls on China oversupply, global economy woes

Copper fell more than 1.5 percent in the early European trade on Monday, on the back of a looming oversupply in China, the world's top consumer of the metal, amid a still-uncertain outlook for the global economy.
PRICES
* Three-month copper on the London Metal Exchange fell as low as $4,343 a tonne, nearing a three-week low, and was at $4,394 a tonne by 0652 GMT, versus $4,450 a tonne at the close on Friday.
* Three-month aluminium was softer at $1,510 a tonne, from Thursday's $1,522.

* HELSINKI - ECB Governing Council member and Bank of Finland Governor Erkki Liikanen hosts a seminar on 10 years of the euro currency (starts 1400 GMT).
