Chongqing Municipality-based China Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co. Ltd. (SWA), a subsidiary of China's largest aluminum producer the Aluminum Corporation of China (Chinalco), is hoping to kick off production at the country's first continuous cold-rolling facility in the third quarter of this year, a company employee told Interfax on April 20.
