DJ Chalco: Xiao Yaqing Has Resigned As Chairman And CEO Of Co

Aluminum Corp. of China Ltd. (ACH), or Chalco, said Sunday that Xiao Yaqing has resigned as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the company.
According to the Chalco's 2008 annual report, Xiao resigned as ¨¨hairman on March 27, with immediate effect.

His resignation as CEO and executive director will take effect after a new executive director is elected at the company's annual general meeting on May 26.
