Negotiating with Chinalco undergoing Rio stock in Australia suspended

Rio Tinto announced today that they were aware of the rumors over the deal with Chinalco. However, the final decision has not been made as the negotiation is still undergoing.

Stock of Rio Tinto in New York Exchange was suspended. The company declared that further information would be released soon.
