Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Group (Baosteel Group), China's top steel mill, and the Aluminum Corporation of China Group (Chinalco), China's largest aluminum producer, have inked a strategic partnership agreement with the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. (CACC) to cooperate on the country's first large-sized passenger aircraft project, according to a CACC announcement on Jan. 10.
