Shenyang newly signed 1.1 billion dollars overseas contract in 2008, 3.8 times of 2006; achieved sales revenue of 0.52 billion dollars, 2.4 time of 2006, setting a record high.

There were more big projects in the overseas biddings, including the 0.466 billion dollars alumina project in Vietnam by Shenyang Aluminium And Magnesium Engineering Institute, setting a record high of unit project.
