New project of Chalco Guangxi Company in operation

Lately, No.5 rectifier unit of Guangxi Branch was put in operation, marking the success implementing of Thyristor rectifier harmonic Governance.

This project will contribute to the safety of the general electric system, effectively reduce electric consumption.

Success implement of the project will upgrade the capacity and efficiency by of 160KA series rectifier unit by 3% and 0.3% respectively. It is predicted to save electricity of 4,100,000 kWh.
