Aluminum smelter Qingtongxia Aluminium Group Co. Ltd. will put its newly-built aluminum smelting facility with an annual output capacity of 270,000 tons into operation on Dec. 26, a Qingtongxia Aluminium official told Interfax on Dec. 23
