Yunnan’s largest overseas investment of alumina project approved by Laos

Lately, Lao Prime Minister's Office approved the alumina project in Laos invested by MGM's Yunnan. Total investment of the project was 1.2 billion yuan, aiming to explore Laos storage of Clay-bauxite of 43000000 tons and construct a alumina plant and electrolytic aluminium plant with annual output of 1200000 tons and 400000 tons.
