A’ba Aluminium Plant with capacity of 110000 tons restarts operation today

A’ba Aluminium Plant, which locates in Yingxiu, epicenter of Sichuan Earthquake, is restarting operation today. According to an insider, A’ba Aluminium Plant has resumed capability of 110000 tons. The plant is likely to produce the first products in January next year.
In the Sichuan Earthquake, there are more than 100 injuries and deaths in A’ba Aluminium Plant, including 25 deaths and missing people; besides, the old product facility and office buildings were all collapsed and damaged, and the new system of not putting into production was seriously impaired. Direct economic loss was above 0.5 billion yuan.
