    Chalco’s 100000 ton project of double zero aluminium will start construction next month

    According to sources, Chalco’s 100000 ton project of double zero aluminium will start construction next month in Xindu Industiral Park.


    On finishing, this project will be the largest professional production center of double zero aluminium foil in China and in Asia at large. The products will be widely used in packing, electric device, building and machine, ect., contributing to rapid and high quality development of local economy and related industries. It is a key project of province level in Xindu Industry Zone.


    According to introduction, Chalco signed the 100000 ton double zero project with Xindu Government in January this year, agree to invest 3.7 billion yuan totally in a land of 624 mu. The project will be constructed by two periods. 1.844 billion yuan will be invested in the first period, which is going to be started in December, in introducing in first class processing machines.


    Currently, Chalco has approved to establish “Chalco Chengdu Aluminium Co., Ltd”.
