Chalco spares 60 billion yuan for overseas acquisition for

On November 17, Vice General Manager of Aluminium Corporation of China indicated that the company must program a effective finance budget in 2009.

Chalco is currently striving to realizing the 60 billion yuan plan step by step.

Q3 report of Chalco, from January to September, reveals that the general income was 58.69 billion yuan, net profit was 2.584 billion yuan.

The Vice General Manger said that the 60 billion yuan would be arranged for the benefits of major industries which include promoting tech level, straitening safety environment and expanding overseas resources storage, etc. 

Financial Minister of Australia released a report on August, allowing Chalco a 14.99% stake hold in Rio Tinto listed in English, accounting for 11% of the latter¡¯s shares.
