With the sudden drop in temperature, a large area of ??frozen blocks appeared during the transportation of imported ore, which caused certain difficulties for unloading and loading of ore in the factory area, and at the same time affected the transportation capacity of imported ore. In order to effectively alleviate this situation, the Ministry of Mineral Resources took the initiative to contact logistics to urgently purchase industrial salt and antifreeze at the port, sprinkle industrial salt and antifreeze in the carriages of transport vehicles, and require mine transport vehicles to be covered with tarpaulins to reduce Frozen condition. Establish a dynamic tracking ledger for in-transit vehicle information, make real-time calls to vehicles that have not entered the factory for 24 hours to urge them to enter the factory as soon as possible, shorten the time in transit, and at the same time strengthen the coordination of unloading in the factory, divert them in time, and ensure the speed of unloading. Through the above measures, the frozen blocks of imported mining vehicles have been greatly reduced, which has reduced the pressure of unloading and mining in the factory area, and the port evacuation volume has also gradually increased.
In the next step, the Ministry of Mineral Resources will continue to pay attention to the weather conditions and the cycle of imported mine vehicles entering the factory and unloading vehicles. The diversion and unloading of vehicles will be kept normal, and the ore frozen blocks caused by the backlog of vehicles will be avoided as much as possible, so as to provide guarantee for the continuous and stable production of alumina.
