RUSAL (00486) announced that the group member companies have entered into a contract with En's contact person, according to which, En's contact person agreed to provide transportation services to the group member company (new transportation contract).
According to the new transportation contract and the previously disclosed transportation contract, the total annual transaction amount payable by the group to En's associates for each financial year ending December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2023 is estimated to be approximately US$22.895 million and US$17.319 million, respectively Ten thousand U.S. dollars.
A new contract of carriage has been concluded for the carriage. Since the services provided are required for the production process of the Group, and the service provider provides competitive prices to meet the transportation needs of the Group, the Company believes that the proposed transaction under the New Transportation Contract is in the interests of the Company.
