On November 14, China's first small waterplane area aluminum alloy catamaran pilot ship "Ande" built by Yinghui Southern for Qingdao Pilot Station successfully completed its trial voyage.
After the "Ande" was launched, facing the most complicated and severe epidemic situation in Guangzhou in the past three years, Yinghui Southern made overall plans for epidemic prevention and control and scientific research and production, carefully planned, organized, and orderly promoted the generator load/main Switchboard function test, main propulsion system commissioning, lifesaving platform commissioning, boarding device commissioning, lifesaving and firefighting system commissioning, information integration system commissioning, simulated evacuation test, etc., completed each node of the mooring test as planned, and sailed as scheduled .
During the sea trial, the project team organized various sea trial projects in an orderly manner, and successfully completed various test items such as main engine load test, speed test, full-speed rotation, course stability, failure mode, etc., and comprehensively inspected the ship's equipment stability and system reliability. The performance of the ship has been verified. After testing, the ship has low rate of seasickness, flexible maneuvering, main deck noise of about 68dB, which is better than the contract requirement, and a speed of 20.35 knots, exceeding the contract speed of 2.15 knots, which fully reflects the characteristics and advantages of the small waterplane area ship.
