Since October, the 100,000-ton round bar production line of Yunlu Zexin has run out of the "sprint to the fourth quarter" acceleration, and has achieved gratifying results in both output and quality.
In terms of increasing output, the production line started from three aspects: improving the qualified rate of one-time ingredients, optimizing the ratio of product types, and ensuring the maximum length of finished products, and formulated targeted improvement plans respectively. Based on the fact that "6061" products have many chemical elements and many types of raw and auxiliary materials to be added, the production line has specially delineated the range of ingredients for each product, and the raw and auxiliary materials are placed in a fixed position for easy addition. An increase of 8 percentage points has taken an important step in increasing production. The second is to optimize the product ratio. Through the simultaneous production of "6061" and "6063" products, the time for aluminum distribution is greatly shortened, and the daily output is increased by 1 plate. According to the actual production, the sales staff alternately use three casting plates of φ178, φ254, and φ520 to provide conditions for fine maintenance of the casting plates, ensure the success rate of one-time start-up, and greatly improve the quality of aluminum rods. In terms of ensuring the maximum length of finished products, after various communications, the length of finished products in the current production line has increased by 0.5-1.5 meters compared with before, and the weight of finished products per plate has increased by 5-7 tons.
According to statistics, in October, the production line output, first-time start-up success rate, and good product rate increased by more than 130 tons, 5 percentage points, and 4 percentage points respectively compared with the cumulative monthly averages of the first three quarters of this year.
