According to the relevant regulations of the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China, our company has entrusted a third-party evaluation agency to evaluate the proposed "annual output of 40,000 tons of high-performance anhydrous aluminum fluoride and 2 10,000 tons of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid project” to carry out the environmental impact assessment project, and in accordance with the relevant regulations of the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment” (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the relevant information on the environmental impact assessment of this project will be publicized as follows:

Construction content: It is planned to build a high-performance anhydrous aluminum fluoride production line with an annual output of 40,000 tons and an electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons.
Project process flow:
Fluorite and sulfuric acid to prepare crude hydrofluoric acid→washing and purification→rectification and purification→gas-solid reaction with Al(OH)3→anhydrous aluminum fluoride product
Fluorite and sulfuric acid to prepare crude hydrofluoric acid → washing and purification → rectification and purification → ultrapure water absorption → purification → ultrafiltration → electronic grade hydrofluoric acid product
