September output of metal smelting facility up 47.4% year-on-year

Table of major industry product output and growing rate released in September 2008 by National Bureau of Statistics indicated that output of metal smelting facility reached 65,251.05 tons, up 47.4% year-on-year to 2007.

And output of January to September reached 524,493.64 tons, up 31% year-on-year to 2007.

The data also revealed that the output of the first eight month of 2008 reached 458,972.74 tons, up 29.0% year-on-year to 2007; output of August reached 69,694.64 tons, up 43.2% tons year-on-year.
