    Yunnan Aluminiums Q3 net profit down 53.70%

    The Q3 financial report of Yunnan released in the night of October 22, 2008 revealed that from January to September, the company realized gross revenue 4,818,111,640.48 yuan, net profit that belonged to the holders of mother company 206,236,795.78 yuan, basic earnings per share 0.196 yuan. gross revenue of July to September 1,793,667,590.64 yuan, net profit that belonged to the holders of mother company 58,630,275.10 yuan, basic earnings per share 0.056 yuan.


    Gross revenue of Yunnan Aluminium was down 41.33% year-on-year to 2007, mainly caused by reduced government subsidy; while nonoperating outlay up 1043.53% year-on-year to 2007, mainly caused by increased public welfare donations; and total profit slide 58.78%, mainly caused by fall of sale price and rise of energy prices such as alternating current.


    The company was planning to issue stock right that worth 1.056 billion yuan and convertible bonds of bond separation trade, which were both declared to be approved.
