Shaanxi issued mining right bid, auction and remising mode

October 15, Ministry of Land and Resources of the People's Republic of China¡ªThe government issued the Mining Right Bid, Auction And Remising Mode (Trial Implementation), in order to guarantee an open, faire, justice, regular and standard mining right market in shaanxi.

The Mode prescribes that bid, auction and remising of mining right should comply to the comprehensive plan and industrial distribution of the province¡¯s economic development, refer to the requirements of mining resources plan, geological survey plan, mining right programme, geological environmental protection and mining resources macro-control.

The Mode prescribes Land And Resources Authorities of county-level and above to be responsible for organizing and implementing the work of mining right bid, auction and remising within the administrative region.
