Southwest Aluminium¡¯s successful quenching in Erzhong

Lately, Erzhong accomplished quenching of roller of 4300 wide& thick hot rolling assembly for Southwest Aluminium Company.

Roller of this assembly is highly demanding on the hardness (HS70~75), where surface quenching is required. However, length and diameter of the roller exceed the treatment capability of the facility, for which Erzhong carried out a special treatment method by adopting a never used quenching technique in China.
