Daqin Coal Transport Line Adds New Partner: CRRC YANGTZE Zhuzhou Branch's C80 Aluminium Alloy Convertible Car Starts Mas

(Aluminium Network) CRRC YANGTZE Zhuzhou Branch held a completion ceremony for C80 aluminium alloy convertible car and stated mass shipment formally.

C80 aluminium alloy convertible car produced by CRRC YANGTZE Zhuzhou Branch mainly used for Daqin coal transport line. This kind of car is 12 meters long and has a load of 80 tons. The car  is consists of car body, bogie, brake rigging, coupler and draft gear and other parts. The body is made of double bath high strength weathering steel, aluminium alloy welding mixture and side post outlay side wall structure, the parts in contact with the goods are made of aluminum alloy.

CRRC YANGTZE Zhuzhou Branch and CHN ENERGY SHENHUA RAILWAY TRUCK TRANSPORTATION Co., Ltd  discussed and started a new round of cooperation on related requirements, vehicle escort and technical requirements for the delivery of 850 C80 aluminium alloy convertible cars. Zhuzhou Branch started production in  early April, on 22nd finished line spreading and submit first steel structure car. On May 4th the production capacity has raised to 24 sets a day and the line spreading is smooth in general.

At the completion ceremony, representative from Shenhua expressed their gratitude to CRRC YANGTZE Zhuzhou Branch for hard working, and satisfied with the quality of products. He hope the branch company could make persistent efforts to ensure the quality and do a good job in organizing follow-up production, meet Shenhua's transport demand.
