China Aluminum Products Export Increase

The China April trade data issued on Tuesday morning shows that China's exports of aluminum products increased again.

The exports of aluminum products in April is 196,710 tons, will also push recent export growth rate to a new monthly high. This year, the export volume of the first four months is 605,522 tons, almost doubled over the same period last year.

Recently, exports growth of "aluminum products" is the direct reaction of local producers to management improving the primary aluminum export tax in November last year.

Export tax increased from 5% to 15% has caused primary aluminum exports decreased noticeably. In April, the exports volume of primary aluminum and aluminum alloy are almost the same, with the total export volume of 50,850 tons, increased slightly over February and March. However, it decreased greatly over the same period last year of 117,900 ton.

 However, China melting factory is gradually improving aluminum products exports to enjoy 8-11% of export tax rebates.
