Anhui Meixin starts construction of aluminium foil project

SMM reported that construction of Anhui Meixin Aluminium’s aluminium foil project began in Suixi county of Anhui province on November 25. With total investment of 1.42 billion yuan, the two-phase project will produce 72,000 tonne of high precision aluminium foil per year.

It is expected to take two years to build the first phase of the project with capacity of 40,000 tonne. Construction of the second phase would begin in 2020 and take about three years.
