Panasonic Automotive and Industrial Systems Europe, a manufacturer and supplier of electronic components, devices and modules up to complete solutions for a wide range of industries, has introduced eight new conductive polymer aluminium solid capacitors.  The new SXE and SXV series of aluminium capacitors are used for applications such as industrial, digitalisation, control system, noise filtering, and power supply.

Andreas Lapucha, Product Marketing Manager Capacitors at Panasonic, said, “Due to their superior high frequency characteristics, our new SXE and SXV series capacitors are ideally suited for use as a decoupling or input smoothing capacitor, or as a filter capacitor. The components offer great space and cost savings and require no voltage derating.”

Both the series of capacitors are fully REACH and RoHS compliant as well as halogen-free. SXE and SXV series capacitors have been designed for an operating temperature range from -55C up to +125C with voltage capabilities from 63VDC up to 100VDC.

In July, the company announced the launch of new miniature aluminium electrolytic capacitors. A new FS series of aluminium electrolytic capacitors (radial lead type) are used for applications such as Unit Power Supply Output, Noise Filtering, DC/DC Converter and Back-Up Power.
