China aluminum publishes A share next Monday.

China aluminum announces that A share will go to public in the Shanghai stock exchange market. The capital stock of A share is 8942641924 yuan, in which 1148077357 yuan will be traded in the market on April 30, 2007.

       The securities is referred to as ¡®China aluminum¡¯, the code of which is 601600. As the controlling shareholder of Shangdong aluminum and Lanzhou aluminum, China aluminum, operates absorption and merger on them. After implementation of stock converting, Shangdong aluminum and Lanzhou aluminum become the subsidiary companies with 100% shareholding of China aluminum. According to relevant stipulations, Shanghai stock exchange terminates the trade of Shangdong aluminum and Lanzhou aluminum there.
