Shandong Weiqiao gets approval for large alumina project in Indonesia

Shandong Weiqiao Aluminum & Electricity Co.’s large-scale alumina project in Indonesia has recently been approved by Shandong Development & Reform Commission.

It is learnt from industry sources that the project, located in West Kalimantan and with total investment at $ 1 billion, will have an annual capacity of 2 million tonnes.
