Xinyu Aluminum succeeded in acquiring SAPA(Jiangyin) Co., ltd on 30th July 2015.

Sapa is the world leader in aluminium solutions. Sapa(Jiangyin) Co., ltd was established on 2011 which is the wholly-owned subsidiaries of sapa group.

The acquisition is part of the overall strategy. Xinyu Aluminum will not only manufacture architectural profile but also industrial  profile which will make us be the leader of aluminum profile.
