The Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma'aden) announced the participation of 15 sponsors in the Arab International Aluminium Conference and Exhibition (ARABAL 2015), hosted by the company on November 15-17 in the Dhahran International Exhibition Center. Senior industry figures are scheduled to speak at this premier global aluminium event, the largest in the Gulf region. The conference will also include the participation of 35 exhibitors in the exhibition accompanying the conference which highlights the major developments in the global aluminium industry, with a review of the latest updates on regional aluminium sector investments.

Ma'aden is currently doing intensive preparations to insure the success of this conference, which has broad interest to those involved in the aluminium industry, global investors and aluminium companies in the Middle East in particular.

While the recently completed Ma'aden Aluminium project based in Ras Al Khair is the world's largest fully integrated aluminium facility, Ma'aden has also made great progress in gold, copper and phosphate, with its world class phosphate facility in Wa'ad Al Shammal planned for completion at the end of 2016.

ARABAL 2015 platinum sponsor is Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), one of the largest aluminium producers in the world, jointly owned by Mubadala and the Investment Cooperation of Dubai.

Platinum sponsor Qatalum is joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and the Norwegian company Norsk Hydro. Other sponsors include Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), Sohar Aluminum, and Rio Tinto Alcan .
