Electrolytic Aluminum¡¯s Capacity may Hit Tons in 2015

In recent days, China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association Aluminum Branch convoked an informal discussion between leading electrolytic aluminum companies and Henan Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association. According to the primary statistics, some of the participants will close 2400 thousand tons of electrolytic aluminum production capacity. In 2014, China’s electrolytic aluminum capacity was 35800 thousand tons; this figure will increase to 39000-40000 thousand tons in 2015.
