Constellium to report second quarter 2015 results August 5, 2015

Constellium N.V. will announce its second quarter 2015 financial results on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.

A conference call and webcast to present the results will take place at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on the same day. The conference call will be hosted by Pierre Vareille, Chief Executive Officer, and Didier Fontaine, Chief Financial Officer.
