Qixing Group Strengthen Plan & Summary to Ensure Smooth Production

(China Aluminum Network) Qixing Group Aluminum Company strengthened weekly plan and production management further, every Friday the company’s middle-level cadres hold reviewing meeting and work plan meeting for last week and next week. At the meeting, each director will make a report about last week’s production and working condition and the plan for next week, which will be written down and filed by planning department.

After this meeting each department will hold a meeting to deliver other working plans from the company; arrange and summarize existing problems, varied defects and hidden danger removing, as well as basic information of safety, production and management. Through plan management to ensure smooth production and strengthen coordinated management between each workshop.
