Zhengyu Aluminum Will Realize Volume Production in July

(China Aluminum Network) Shandong Zhengyu Aluminum Co., Ltd.’s 3000 thousand high-end aluminum magnesium alloy new material wheel project has invested 1.29 billion Yuan totally.

Li Liang who is the vice minister of production said the equipments all selected top manufacturer in international industry, the project imported 5 high automation production lines, armed with more than 150 corresponding equipments and over 100 robots. The first phase invested 0.7 billion Yuan, has built two high standard and modern large-scale workshops, one automated warehousing.

It is learned that this project has invested in 0.5 billion Yuan in 2015 and has finish the construction of number 3 workshop and equipment installation of number 1 workshop.

Li Liang said now complex building and number 1 workshop have already come into service, the main body of number 3 workshop has finish construction; first phase equipment debugging is already done, period of commissioning production has passed test and inspection, it is expected that first phase of this project can start volume production in July.
